The Equity Subcommittee of the Leadership Table Regional Homelessness Allignment (LTRHA)—co-chaired by representatives from the Los Angeles County Chief Executive Office Anti-Racism, Diversity and Inclusion (ARDI) Initiative and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA)—was tasked with recommending an equity framework and drafting a set of equity metrics to be included in the Measure A Goals the Responsive Regional Homelessness Plan (RHP).
