Ao Tai is a Master’s student in Applied Economics and Econometrics. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southwest University of Finance and Economics in China. During his undergraduate studies, he immersed himself in measuring economic policy uncertainty and analyzing its multifaceted impacts. In parallel, he also honed his data and quantitative analysis acumen through internships at banks and securities companies. These deep academic explorations, coupled with hands-on professional encounters, have culminated in a profound interest in public policy research. He remains steadfast in his commitment to applying his acquired skills and knowledge to contribute to the field of public policy, aiming to offer insightful and data-driven policy recommendations with the ultimate goal of serving society.
