My name is Drea Younes, a second year Masters in Public Policy graduate student at USC. Growing up with immigrant parents in the Coachella Valley, I was immersed in social issues from a young age, particularly immigration and civil rights. Having lived in LA for the past six years, I have been able to witness homelessness as a growing issue in need of sustainable and accessible solutions. I’m excited to work with HPRI as a qualitative research assistant to further my passions for finding intersectional connections and equitable possibilities for LA community members!
