The research team will be presenting and discussing their 2019 study case study of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) for single adults experiencing homelessness in Seattle-King County, Washington, one of the largest populations of individuals experiencing homelessness in the United States. Their study utilized interviews and focus groups with a variety of stakeholders and reviews of relevant meeting materials (notes, presentations, attendance records) to document King County’s CES structure, processes, and procedures; examines the benefits and challenges in system implementation; and identifies similarities and differences in perspectives among stakeholders.
