The project aims to monitor the public policies implemented by the Executive Branch of the Federal District (DF) to guarantee the rights of homeless people, as well as to demand policies that have not yet been implemented. To meet the proposed objectives, different methodological techniques were used, having as references secondary sources, such as document analysis (minutes of meetings, legislation, regulations and management reports) and primary sources, through: (i) formal requests to different technical areas of the MPDFT and public administration bodies, in particular, the State Secretariat for Social Development – SEDES.
