In collaboration with United Way and with philanthropic support from several funding members of the Home For Good Funders Collaborative, the University of Southern California’s Homeless Policy Research Institute contracted with Abt Associates and VIVA Consulting to conduct an evaluation analyzing the Los Angeles community’s efforts for funding new, innovative approaches for creating permanent supportive housing. This report documents the evaluation team’s findings from data collection and analysis efforts from the first year of the evaluation.
