    The homelessness services sector is facing a quiet but urgent crisis. Not only for people experiencing homelessness, but also for the frontline workforce facing unmanageable caseloads, burnout, and fragmentation. This op-ed introduces HPRI’s new framework for flourishing, a person-centered approach built on collaboration, accountability, innovation, trust, and mindfulness. These aren’t abstract values—they’re deeply practical.
